On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution open joint-stock company Bank-T or OJSC Bank-T (Bank of Russia Registration No. 625, date of registration — 30 October 1990) (Order No. OD-3303 dated 26 November 2014) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3304 dated 26 November 2014) to appoint from 26 November 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank-T for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Yury V. Gubochkin, chief economist of the credit institution liquidation section of the Supervision Organisation Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company Bank-T.

The provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank-T also includes: A.Ye. Ilmenev, A.G. Zozulinskaya, N.I. Chelischeva, M.Yu. Barsukov, O.S. Kudryavtseva, O.V. Obraztsova, T.Ye. Kozankova, A.A. Chamokov, K.A. Leushkina, Yu.B. Borisov, G.S. Gelfman, R.Z. Sharipov, P.A. Savkin, O.A. Chekalina, S.A. Sokolov, S.V. Belyakova, T.N. Abakumova.
