On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution closed joint-stock company BVA-Bank or CJSC BVA-Bank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1684, date of registration — 26 December 1991) (Order No. OD-3301 dated 26 November 2014) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3302 dated 26 November 2014) to appoint from 26 November 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution closed joint-stock company BVA-Bank for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Irina A. Shagova, deputy head of the report processing section of Branch 1 Moscow, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution closed joint-stock company BVA-Bank.

The provisional administration of the credit institution closed joint-stock company BVA-Bank also includes: T.I. Kislyakova, O.V. Musinova, P.A. Petrov, A.A. Lizunov, D.M. Bulgakov, V.M. Tarasov, T.N. Abakumova, A.N. Davidenko, P.Z. Sharipov.
