On securities issue

On 23 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to refuse to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Krasnozavodsk Chemicals Plant (the Moscow Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15289-А-001D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Voronezh Aircraft Joint-Stock Company (the Voronezh Region) placed through public subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-40243-А-002D;

to register the issue of Class B non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed bearer bonds of Eclipse-1 Mortgage Agent, limited liability company, (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 4-01-36476-R to the issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Research and Production Corporation Uralvagonzavod named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky (the Sverdlovsk Region) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-55004-F-009D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Specific Economic Zones (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-11350-А-009D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company ELVEES-NeoTek (the city of Moscow, the city of Zelenograd) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-75601-Н-003D.
