On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

The Bank of Russia took decisions to cancel the licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker activity, dealer activity and securities management of the following entities:

closed joint-stock company Dekora Investment Company;

closed joint-stock company Option Investment and Financial Company;

ReserveAlliance, limited liability company;

LinkTrade, limited liability company;

DepoTrade, limited liability company.

The reasons to take these decisions to cancel the licences were the repeated violations within a year of the requirements of Russian securities legislation.
