On cancelling qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of requirements of Russian securities legislation, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series AA qualification certificate No. 000636 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or securities management issued to the sole executive body of Investment Company Armada, limited liability company, Yury Pelts;

— series AA qualification certificate No. 017380 of a specialist of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or securities management issued to the controller of Investment Company Armada, limited liability company, Andrey Zhilin;

— series AI-003 qualification certificate No. 011714 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management issued to the sole executive body of Investment Company Lotus Capital, limited liability company, Yakov Marenich;

— series AI-003 qualification certificate No. 008735 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management, series AIV-003 qualification certificate No. 006718 of financial market specialist in depositary activity, and series AV-003 qualification certificate No. 012105 of financial market specialist in investment fund, unit investment fund and non-governmental pension fund management issues to the controller of Investment Company Lotus Capital, limited liability company, Yelena Kayukova;

series AIII-007 qualification certificate No. 000178 of financial market specialist in keeping the register of securities holders issued to the former employee of Mezhdurechensk branch of the closed joint-stock company Siberian Registration Company Lyudmila Ogneva.
