On termination by DIA of its functions of provisional administration

Due to the application of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency for the early termination of its functions of the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Tveruniversalbank or OJSC Tveruniversalbank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 777, date of registration — 14 November 1990) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-638, dated 25 March 2015) to terminate from 25 March 2015 the functions of the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Tveruniversalbank the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency performs under Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3348, dated 28 November 2014, ‘On Appointing the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of the Provisional Administration of the Tver-Based Open Joint-Stock Company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Tveruniversalbank or OJSC Tveruniversalbank’.
