On termination by DIA of its functions of provisional administration

Due to the application of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency for the early termination of its functions of the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company Surgut Joint-Stock Commercial Bank AKKOBANK or OJSC AKKOBANK (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1701, date of registration — 27 December 1991) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-639, dated 25 March 2015) to terminate from 25 March 2015 the functions of the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company Surgut Joint-Stock Commercial Bank AKKOBANK the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency performs under Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3346, dated 28 November 2014, ‘On Appointing the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of the Provisional Administration of the Surgut-Based Open Joint-Stock Company Surgut Joint-Stock Commercial Bank AKKOBANK or OJSC AKKOBANK (the Tyumen Region, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Yugra)’.
