On cancelling licences of investment funds

On 24 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences to act as an investment fund issued to the following entities:

open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Investment Fund National Investment Priority (PSRN: 1077763828394; TIN: 7703651898; licence No. 25-000-1-00007, dated 13 May 2008);

open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Venture Investment Fund Centre for Fundamental Research of Nanotechnologies (PSRN: 1087746258269; TIN: 7703657931; licence No. 25-000-1-00009, dated 15 July 2008).

The reason to cancel licences issued to the companies was the companies’ failure to carry out the activity envisaged by the licence for more than 18 months.
