Due to the repeated gross violations of Russian securities legislation, on 26 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series АI-004 qualification certificate No. 000075 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activities and securities management issued to Andrey A. Zalogin, the sole executive body of the Moscow Investment Company, limited liability company (TIN 7701705450).
