On securities issue
On 22 January 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
To recognize invalid the issues of series БО-03 and БО-05 non-convertible interest-bearing certified exchange-traded bearer bonds of Severstal, public joint-stock company, with ID Nos. 4В02-03-00143-А and 4В02-05-00143-А dated 31 August 2009;
To refuse the state registration of a report on the results of the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of Vivat-Trade, limited liability company, placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-36418-R dated 06 December 2012,
due to the failure to place not a single security to recognize invalid the said issue and cancel its state registration;
To suspend the issue of class Б non-convertible interest-bearing certified cash collateralized bearer bonds of Specialised Financial Company Europe 14-1A, limited liability company, placed through private subscription;
To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of Proton — Perm Motors, open joint-stock company, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-03-00181-К-004D.
To resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of Ugra Fish Farm, open joint-stock company, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33587-D-001D;
To resume the issue, to register an issue and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds, placed through public subscription, of Company New Financial Concepts, closed joint-stock company, to assign state registration number 4-01-59292-H to the issue of securities;
To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of Stankoprom, joint-stock company, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-12656-А-001D;
To register amendments to the decisions on the issue of series 14 and 15 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of VEB — Leasing, open joint-stock company, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-24-43801-Н and 4-25-43801-Н dated 25 December 2012, and to the prospectus of series 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of VEB — Leasing, open joint-stock company, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-20-43801-Н, 4-21-43801-Н, 4-22-43801-Н, 4-23-43801-Н, 4-24-43801-Н and 4-25-43801-Н dated 25 December 2012, placed through public subscription;
To register amendments to the decisions on the issue of series 31, 32, 33, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System, open joint-stock company, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-31-65018-D, 4-32-65018-D, 4-33-65018-D, 4-35-65018-D, 4-36-65018-D, 4-37-65018-D, 4-38-65018-D, 4-39-65018-D, and amendments to the prospectus of series 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System, open joint-stock company, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-30-65018-D, 4-31-65018-D, 4-32-65018-D, 4-33-65018-D, 4-34-65018-D, 4-35-65018-D, 4-36-65018-D, 4-37-65018-D, 4-38-65018-D, 4-39-65018-D, placed through public subscription.
