On securities issue

On 22 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to refuse state registration of the issue and the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Eurasian Telecommunication Centre (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution of shares among the founders of the closed joint-stock company;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund RGS (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50177-A;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund BUDUSHCHEE (the city of Moscow) placed through conversion during reorganisation through merger of the Non-governmental Pension Fund Stalfond, to assign state registration number 1-01-50168-A-001D to the additional issue of securities.
