On reissuing forms of licences

On 23 November 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

• the joint-stock bank Devon-Credit, public joint-stock company, (the town of Almetyevsk, the Republic of Tatarstan) to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name;
• the Moscow-based Investment Group Favorite, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity due to a change of location;
• the Moscow-based Management Company GHP, limited liability company, to carry out securities management due to a change of location.
