On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Daghestan, dated 9 June 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Daghestan commercial energy bank Dagenergobank (limited liability company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3286, date of registration is 27 February 1996), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1406, dated 19 June 2015) to terminate from 22 June 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Daghestan commercial energy bank Dagenergobank (limited liability company), appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-618, dated 24 March 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Makhachkala-Based Credit Institution Daghestan Commercial Energy Bank Dagenergobank (Limited Liability Company) Due to the Revocation of Its banking Licence’.
