On Bank of Russia decisions

On 17 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to register:

amendments and addenda to the insurance rules of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Ural Financial House (the city of Perm),

amendments and addenda to the insurance rules of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund MECHEL-FUND (the town of Mezhdurechensk),

the regulations of Depositary and Corporate Technologies, limited liability company, to exercise control over content and structure of assets accepted to secure insurer’s insurance reserves and equity (capital),

the regulations of a specialised depositary of the joint-stock company United Specialised Depositary to exercise control over content and structure of assets accepted to secure insurer’s insurance reserves and equity (capital),

the regulations of a closed joint-stock company REGION Depositary Company to exercise control over content and structure of assets accepted to secure insurer’s insurance reserves and equity (capital),

the regulations of a specialised depositary to exercise control over content and structure of assets accepted to secure insurance reserves and equity (capital) of the insurer of the Sberbank Specialised Depositary, limited liability company,

to issue a licence to act as a specialised depositary of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the National Investment Industrial Bank (joint-stock company), to register the rules of internal controls of the specialised depositary of joint-stock investment funds, unit investments funds and non-governmental pension funds in the National Investment Industrial Bank (joint-stock company), to register the regulations of the specialised depositary of the National Investment Industrial Bank (joint-stock company).
