On termination of activity of provisional administration by the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency

Based on the application of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency on early termination of the functions of the provisional administration of ROST BANK, open joint-stock company (OJSC ROST BANK) (Bank of Russia Registration Number 2888, date of registration — 10 June 1994), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-636, dated 25 March 2015) to terminate from 25 March 2015 the functions of the provisional administration of ROST BANK, open joint-stock company, assigned to the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3347, dated 28 November 2014, ‘On Appointing the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of Provisional Administration of the Moscow-based ROST BANK, Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC ROST BANK)’.
