On reorganisation of non-governmental pension funds

On 24 March 2015, the Bank of Russia agreed to reorganise:

Non-governmental pension fund Blagovest in the form of changeover to Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Blagovest and took a decision on state registration of the Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Blagovest and reissued document confirming pension provision and pension insurance licence of the Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Blagovest.

Non-governmental pension fund Volga-Capital in the form of changeover to Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Volga-Capital and took a decision on state registration of the Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Volga-Capital and reissued document confirming pension provision and pension insurance licence of the Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Volga-Capital.
