On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 6 February 2015 on the forced liquidation of the credit institution open joint-stock company Trade Construction Bank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1250, date of registration — 20 December 1990) and appointing a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-432, dated 25 February 2015) to terminate from 26 February 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Trade Construction Bank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3458, dated 10 December 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Trade Construction Bank or OJSC TCB Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
