On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 21 January 2015 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Financial Services, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3496-K, date of registration — 11 June 2009), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-431, dated 25 February 2015) to terminate from 26 February 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Financial Services, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3021, dated 27 October 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Financial Services, Limited Liability Company, or NCI Financial Services LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
