On appointing DIA to perform functions of provisional administration

In compliance with Federal Law No. 127-FZ, dated 26 October 2002, ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to perform the functions of the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company FUNDSERVICEBANK from 25 February 2015.

The powers of shareholders of OJSC FUNDSERVICEBANK connected with their participation in the authorised capital, and the powers of the executive bodies are suspended for the period of activity of the provisional administration.

The main task of the provisional administration is conducting examination of financial standing of the credit institution.

JSC JSCB NOVICOMBANK will participate in settling current tasks of the provisional administration of OJSC FUNDSERVICEBANK.
