On reorganising non-governmental pension funds

On 24 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on the reorganisation of the following non-governmental pension funds:

Non-Governmental Pension Fund of Industrial and Construction Bank through transformation into a joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Solnechnoe Vremya, to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Solnechnoe Vremya, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Solnechnoe Vremya;

Non-Governmental Pension Fund Pension-Invest through transformation into a joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Pension-Invest, to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Pension-Invest, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Pension-Invest.
