On securities issue

On 19 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to recognise invalid the issues of series BO-01 and BO-02 non-convertible interest bearing certified exchange-traded bearer bonds of ProfMedia Finance, limited liability company, the identification numbers are 4В02-01-36394-R and 4В02-02-36394-R, dated 14 December 2011;

to recognise invalid the issue of series BO-01 non-convertible interest bearing certified exchange-traded bearer bonds of the joint-stock company Kaluga Plant Remputmash, the identification number is 4В02-01-55167-Е, dated 14 December 2011;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company AFROMET placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15912-А-001D;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company EVRAZ Nizhniy Tagil Iron and Steel Works placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-00099-А-003D;

to register an issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Complex Energy Solutions, limited liability company, placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 4-01-36462-R to the issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Research Institute of Atomic Reactors placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-55411-Е-007D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Strategiya placed through allocation of shares,

to assign state registration number 1-01-50225-А to the issue of securities;

to cancel individual numbers (codes):
