On reorganisation of non-governmental pension fund

On 23 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took decisions to agree on the reorganization of the non-governmental pension fund Renaissance Life and Pensions through its transformation into the joint-stock non-governmental pension fund Sun. Life. Pension., to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company non-governmental pension fund Sun. Life. Pension., and to reissue a document which confirms the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance activities by the joint-stock company non-governmental pension fund Sun. Life. Pension.
