On compliance by non-governmental pension funds with the requirements of participation in rights assurance system of the insured persons

On 23 December 2014, the Bank of Russia considered applications of the following entities:

Non-governmental Pension Fund GASFOND Pension Accruals, joint-stock company;

Non-governmental Pension Fund of Sberbank, closed joint-stock company;

Non-governmental Pension Fund Promagrofond, closed joint-stock company

Non-governmental Pension Fund KITFinans, closed joint-stock company;

Non-governmental Pension Fund Blagosostoyanie OPS, joint-stock company;

Non-governmental Pension Fund Nasledie, closed joint-stock company (hereinafter referred to as the “Funds”)

and took favorable decisions on compliance by the Funds with the requirements in rights assurance system of the insured persons based on the provisions of the Federal Law No. 422-FZ, dated 28 December 2013, ‘On Rights Assurance of the Insured Persons in the Compulsory Pension Insurance System of the Russian Federation Regarding Formation and Investment of the Pension Accruals, Establishment and Implementation of Payments Through the Pension Accruals’.
