On securities issue

On 20 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To register a report on the results of the issue of series 02 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Quadra Power Generation placed through public subscription, the state registration number of issue is 4-02-43069-А dated 11 October 2012.

Due to the non-placement of any securities, to recognise this issue invalid and to cancel its state registration.

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Regional Fund placed through conversion of shares into shares of the same category (type) with lower par value, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-03-55274-Е.

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Concern Sozvezdie placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55161-Е-005D dated 1 November 2012.

To resume the issue and to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Scientific Research Institute of Energy Structures placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04124-А-001D dated 11 January 2013.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Moscow Region Development Corporation placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-15236-А-001D to the additional issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company AERO-Sheremetyevo placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15665-А-002D.

To register amendments to the decision on the issue of series 01, 02, 03 and 04 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and the prospectus of series 01, 02, 03 and 04 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of INTER RAO Finance, limited liability company, placed through public subscription, the state registration numbers of issues are 4-01-36428-R, 4-02-36428-R, 4-03-36428-R and 4-04-36428-R.
