On issue of licences of securities market professional participants

On 17 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue licences of securities market professional participants to the following entities:

• Moscow-based open joint-stock company NOTA-Bank, to carry out activities on securities management;
• Moscow-based limited liability company Commercial Bank Agrosoyuz to carry out broker, dealer, depository operations.
