On cancelling licence of professional securities market participant

On 23 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licence of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker activity of the Closed Joint-Stock Company Your Securities Broker.

The reasons to take the decision to cancel the licence were repeated violations within a year of requirements of Article 7 of Federal Law No. 115-FZ, dated 7 August 2001, ‘On Countering the Legalisation (Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism’, Russian securities legislation, as well as the company’s involvement in dubious operations.
