Press release

Due to the non-compliance by the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank MAST-Bank (Joint-stock Company) or CB MAST-Bank with federal banking laws and Bank of Russia regulations, due to the identification of instances of material unreliability of financial statements, due to repeated violations within one year of the requirements stipulated by Article 7.2 of the Federal Law ‘On Countering the Legalisation (Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism’, due to the fact that the values of all capital adequacy ratios of the bank are below two percent, due to the bank’s inability to meet monetary obligations to creditors, and also taking into account repeated applications within one year of measures envisaged by the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, and guided by Article 19, Clauses 3, 6 and 61 of Part 1 and Clauses 1, 4 of Part 2 of Article 20 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, and Part 11 of Article 74 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1436, dated 24 June 2015) to revoke the banking licence from the credit institution Commercial Bank MAST-Bank (Joint-stock Company) (Bank of Russia registration No. 3267, date of registration is 18 August 1995) from 24 June 2015.
