On Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3572-U, dated 19 February 2015

The Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No. 3572-U, dated 19 February 2015, ‘On the Procedure for the Submission of Inquiries to the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories and the Receipt of Information on the Credit History Bureau Keeping the Credit History of a Credit History Maker through a Credit History Bureau’ registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 20 April 2015 under No. 36937 (hereinafter, Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3572-U).

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3572-U is a new version of Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 1635-U, dated 29 November 2005, ‘On the Procedure for the Submission of Inquiries and Receipt of Information from the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories by Credit History Makers and Users by Submitting Request to a Credit History Bureau’.

Particularly, Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3572-U stipulates:

the procedure for submitting to and receiving from the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories information on the credit history bureau keeping the credit history of a credit history maker by credit history makers and users through microfinance organisations and credit cooperatives (under this procedure microfinance organisations and credit cooperatives interact with the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories through the credit history bureau);

the provision of information by the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories on a credit history maker in case the data contained in the titular part of a credit history and the data indicated in the request of information on the credit history maker is identical: for a legal entity — taxpayer identification number and primary state registration number; for an individual — family name, first name and patronymic (if applicable) and the number of the identification document.
