On securities issue

On 23 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision:

to recognise invalid the issue of series BO-03 non-convertible interest bearing certified exchange-traded bearer bonds of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company New Forwarding Company, identification number 4В02-03-08551-А, dated 15 February 2012;

to refuse to register a report on the results of the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based Centre for Innovative Solutions, limited liability company, placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-36450-R.

To recognise the said issue invalid and to cancel its state registration;

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company SUEK-Krasnoyarsk (the Krasnoyarsk Region) placed through conversion of shares of the joint-stock company Borodinskaya Coal Company during reorganisation through acquisition, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55295-Е-001D;

To resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Kama Industrial Park Master (The Republic of Tatarstan), placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-56708-D-005D;

To resume the issue and to register reports on the results of the additional issues of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company DIKSI-Yug (the Moscow Region) placed through conversion of shares of the closed joint-stock company MEGAMART and the closed joint-stock company KOPILKA during reorganisation through acquisition, the state registration numbers of the additional issues are 1-01-30264-Н-019D and 1-01-30264-Н-020D;

To register an issue and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based GPB Finance, limited liability company, placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-50412-А to the issue of securities;

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company National Payment Card System placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-50186-А-002D to the additional issue of securities;

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Corporation Moscow Institute of Thermal Technology placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-14414-А-006D to the additional issue of securities;

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Siberian Chemical Plant (the Tomsk Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55409-Е-007D;

To register reports on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Freight One placed through conversion of shares of the open joint-stock company Freight One and the open joint-stock company NTK-Vagon during reorganisation through acquisition, the state registration numbers of the additional issues are 1-01-55521-Е-001D and 1-01-55521-Е-002D;

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company SOGAZ Tower placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-46241-Н-002D;

To include the Moscow-based Academ-Finance, limited liability company, in the Register of management companies of specialised associations.
