On Bank of Russia decisions

The Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register amendments to the Charter of the Moscow-based Non-governmental Pension Fund of Coal Industry Workers;

to reissue documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following entities:

Institute for Project Financing Management Company, limited liability company (Rostov-on-Don), due to a change of location,

Joint-stock company SPUTNIK — CAPITAL MANAGEMENT (the city of Moscow) due to a change of name (previously: open joint-stock company SPUTNIK — CAPITAL MANAGEMENT);

to issue licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based Krasnye Vorota Management Company, limited liability company, and to register the Rules of organisation and internal controls of Krasnye Vorota Management Company, limited liability company;

to register amendments and addenda to the Rules of organisation and internal controls of the Saint Petersburg-based Svinin & Partners Management Company, limited liability company;

to register amendments and addenda to the Regulations of the specialised depositary on controlling pension savings investments under contracts for providing services of specialised depositary to a non-governmental pension fund and management companies managing pension savings under the contract with the non-governmental pension fund of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Specialised Depositary INFINITUM;

to register amendments and addenda to the Rules of keeping a register of owners of investment units of unit investment funds of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Specialised Depositary INFINITUM;

to register amendments and addenda to the Rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based Financial Capital Management Company, limited liability company.
