On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution joint-stock company Taurus Bank or JSC Taurus Bank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 655, date of registration — 31 October 1990) (Order No. OD-886, dated 24 April 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-887, dated 24 April 2015) to appoint from 24 April 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution joint-stock company Taurus Bank for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Irina Shagova, deputy head of the report processing section of Branch 1 Moscow, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company Taurus Bank.

The provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company Taurus Bank also includes: A.Ye. Ilmenev, Ya.Ye. Andriyashkina, L.A. Drobotova, A.A. Allakin, A.Yu. Taranov, A.V. Yarkov, A.V. Trapeznikova, S.D. Shamsutdinova, K.V. Demyanik, S.V. Belyakova, I.A. Slyusarev, P.I. Tsikh, Yu.N. Aksenov, O.A. Chekalina, V.S. Ermakova.
