On the appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution National Bank of Business Development, an open joint-stock company (OJSC NBB) (Registration No. 2795, date of registration — 19 April 1994) (Order No. OD-805 of 24 April 2014), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-806 of 24 April 2014) to appoint from 24 April 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution National Bank of Business Development, an open joint-stock company, for a term until the arbitration court ruling on the recognition of bankruptcy and starting bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ or until the arbitration court ruling on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Yermakova, Anna Mikhailovna, a senior economist of the banking supervision section of Branch 3 Moscow, has been appointed as head of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution National Bank of Business Development, an open joint-stock company.

The provisional administration to manage the credit institution National Bank of Business Development, an open joint-stock company, also includes M.A. Berezovskaya, D.G. Dmitriyev, M.R. Babayeva, E.Yu. Rokotyanskaya, S.B. Murai, A.V. Rozgin, O.A. Blinova, V.M. Tarasov, N.Ye. Klimova, A.V. Vasilyev, T.N. Abakumova.
