On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Congress-Bank, open joint-stock company (Congress-Bank OJSC) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2330, date of registration — 29 April 1993) (Order No. OD-615, dated 24 March 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-616, dated 24 March 2015) to appoint from 24 March 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Congress-Bank, open joint-stock company, for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Yuri V. Gubochkin, chief economist of the sector of managing credit institutions under liquidation of the banking supervision division of the Main Branch of the Bank of Russia for the Central Federal District, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Congress-Bank, open joint-stock company.

The provisional administration of the credit institution Congress-Bank, open joint-stock company also includes: A.N. Denisov, I.A. Ruban, N.Yu. Shmyrev, P.A. Chumakov.
