On revocation of banking licence

Due to non-compliance by the Makhachkala-based credit institution Daghestan Commercial Energy Bank Dagenergobank, limited liability company (LLC Dagenergobank), with federal banking laws and Bank of Russia regulations, established facts of unreliable reporting and taking into account the repeated application to this bank of measures envisaged by the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’ over the past year, and also guided by Article 19, Clauses 3 and 6 of Part One of Article 20 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, and Part Eleven of Article 74 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-617, dated 24 March 2015) to revoke the banking licence from the credit institution Daghestan Commercial Energy Bank Dagenergobank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia registration No. 3286, date of registration is 27 February 1996) from 24 March 2015.
