On securities issue

On 20 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register:

an issue of privileged registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Atomic Energy Power Corporation,

to assign state registration number 2-01-55319-Е to the issue of securities;

an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Atomic Energy Power Corporation,

to assign state registration number 1-01-55319-Е-007D to the additional issue of securities;

a prospectus of privileged registered uncertified shares and ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Atomic Energy Power Corporation, the state registration numbers of issues are 2-01-55319-Е and 1-01-55319-Е-007D.
