On Bank of Russia decisions

On 21 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register amendments to the rules of trust management of the following investment funds:

Rental closed unit investment fund ‘Mozhaisky Bereg’ managed under Closed Stock Company Management Company ‘Investment Standard’

Rental closed unit investment fund ‘Ratsio-Rentny’ managed under Closed Stock Company Management Company Ratsio-capital’;

to reissue the document confirming the possession of an investment fund / unit investment fund / non-state pension fund management licence as relates to the following organisations:

Limited Liability Company Management Company ‘Sodruzhestvo’ (Moscow) following change of location;

Limited Liability Company Management Company ‘City Asset Management’ (Moscow) following change of location;

To issue an investment fund / unit investment fund / non-state pension fund management licence to Limited Liability Company Management Company ‘I-Segments’ (Moscow).
