On termination of functions of provisional administration performed by state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency

Due to the request of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency on the early termination of the functions of the provisional administration of the bank Open Joint-Stock Company Baltiyskiy Bank or OJSC Baltiyskiy Bank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 128, date of registration — 31 March 1992), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3614, dated 23 December 2014) to terminate from 24 December 2014 the functions of the provisional administration of the bank Open Joint-Stock Company Baltiyskiy Bank performed by the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2173, dated 20 August 2014, ‘On Appointing the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of the Provisional Administration of the Moscow-based Open Joint-Stock Company Baltiyskiy Bank or OJSC Baltiyskiy Bank’.
