to register amendments to the decision on the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Acronit placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-04371-D-003D;

to register amendments to the decision on the issue of series 20 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds and to the prospectus of series 18, 19 and 20 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-20-00078-А, dated 30 October 2012;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Vega Radio Engineering Corporation placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-08510-А-011D to the additional issue of securities.
