On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 10 December 2014 on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Non-bank Credit Institution UTICPAY, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3521-K, date of registration — 25 June 2013) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3559, dated 22 December 2014) to terminate from 19 December 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Non-bank Credit Institution UTICPAY, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2874, dated 16 October 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Non-bank Credit Institution UTICPAY, Limited Liability Company (NCI UTICPAY, LLC) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
