On replacing and reissuing licence forms of insurance agents

The Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to replace insurance activity-specific licence forms of:

joint-stock company TEST-ZhASO Insurance Company,

closed joint-stock company Moscow Joint-Stock Insurance Company,

Gelios Insurance Company, limited liability company,

public joint-stock company INTERSECTORAL INSURANCE CENTRE,

VTB Insurance, limited liability company,

open joint-stock company Russian State Insurance Company,

public joint-stock company HOSCA Insurance Group;

to reissue:

the licence to carry out mediation activity as an insurance broker of Net Alliance, limited liability company, due to a change of name and location,

the insurance licence of VERNA, limited liability company, due to a change of location.
