On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Vologda Region, dated 6 July 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank of Social Development Bumerang (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1002, date of registration — 28 November 1990), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. 1738, dated 22 July 2015) to terminate from 23 July 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank of Social Development Bumerang, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1110, dated 20 May 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Credit Institution Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank of Social Development Bumerang or JSC KomSotsbank Bumerang (the City of Cherepovets, Vologda Region) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
