Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1550, dated 3 July 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank Gagarinsky or JSC CB Gagarinsky Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1741, dated 22 July 2015):
to withdraw A.Ye. Karnaukhov from the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank Gagarinsky from 23 July 2015.
