On revocation of licence to perform mediation activity as insurance broker

By its Order No. OD-782, dated 22 April 2015, the Bank of Russia revoked the licence to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker from the closed joint-stock company Insurance Broker Premium FB (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents 4144).

This decision is taken due to the insurance agent’s failure to timely remove violations of the insurance legislation which resulted in suspension of the licence to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-519, dated 5 March 2015, ‘On Suspending Licence to Perform Mediation Activity as an Insurance Broker of the Closed Joint-Stock Company Insurance Broker Premium FB’), particularly the avoidance to receive Bank of Russia instructions, and becomes effective the day it is published in the Bank of Russia Bulletin.
