On termination of activity of provisional administration of insurance company

On 22 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to terminate the activity of the provisional administration of Insurance Company Promstrakhreserve, limited liability company (location: 4 Storozhevaya Street, bldg. 1, Moscow, 111020; TIN 7744000373; PSRN 1027700005651).

This decision was taken due to the achievement of goals of the provisional administration of Insurance Company Promstrakhreserve, limited liability company, and implementation of the set tasks, pursuant to Clause 1 of Article 183.14 of Federal law No. 127-FZ, dated 26 October 2002, ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’.
