On cancelling qualification certificates

On 22 April 2015, due to the repeated gross violations of requirements of Russian securities legislation, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series AI-003 qualification certificate No. 008653 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management issued to the sole executive body of the open joint-stock company Moscow Stock Center Andrey Popov;

— series AI-006 qualification certificate No. 000976 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management and series AIV-006 qualification certificate No. 000986 of financial market specialist in depositary activity issued to the controller of the open joint-stock company Moscow Stock Center Marina Yumangulova.
