On unit investment funds
On 16 January 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
To approve areporton the termination of activity of Atlanta Avrora, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by ATLANTA Management Company, limited liability company, and strike off the said fund from the state register of unit investment funds.
To approve areporton the termination of activity of Russky Avangard, closed-end art values unit investment fund managed by Russian Investment Club Management Company, limited liability company, and strike off the said fund from the state register of unit investment funds.
To approve areporton the termination of activity of Optima, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Monetny Dvor Trust Management Company, limited liability company, and strike off the said fund from the state register of unit investment funds.
To approve areporton the termination of activity of Morton Butovo, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Eurasia Management Company, closed joint-stock company, and strike off the said fund from the state register of unit investment funds.
To approve areporton the termination of activity of Capital Renta, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Aurum Investment Management Company, limited liability company, and strike off the said fund from the state register of unit investment funds.
To approve areporton the termination of activity of Strategy, interval mixed unit investment fund managed by Strategy Management Company, closed joint-stock company, and strike off the said fund from the state register of unit investment funds.
To approve areporton the termination of activity of Corporate Investments Fund 09.10, interval unit investment hedge fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management Company, limited liability company, and strike off the said fund from the state register of unit investment funds.
To extend a term of termination of Yamskaya Sloboda, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Synergy Management Company, limited liability company, up to 1 July 2015.
To extend a term of termination of Regional Venture Fund of Investments into Scientific and Technological Small Businesses of the Volgograd Region, closed-end venture investments unit investment fund managed by Infina Management Company, closed joint-stock company, up to 30 April 2015.
