On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Primorye Territory (case No. А51-19393/2015), dated 30 September 2015, on the forced liquidation of the Credit Institution DALTA-BANK, joint-stock company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 142, date of registration — 29 March 1991), and the appointment of a liquidator, in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2872, dated 21 October 2015) to terminate from 22 October 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the Credit Institution DALTA-BANK, joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2234, dated 21 August 2015, ‘On Appointing Provisional Administration to Manage the Vladivostok-based Credit Institution DALTA-BANK, joint-stock company, JSC DALTA-BANK Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
