On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Astrakhan Region (case No. А06-7688/2015), dated 8 October 2015, on the forced liquidation of the Settlement Non-bank Credit Institution Financial and Settlement Centre, joint-stock company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3319-R, date of registration — 11 November 1997), and the appointment of a liquidator, in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2870, dated 21 October 2015) to terminate from 22 October 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the Settlement Non-bank Credit Institution Financial and Settlement Centre, joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1920, dated 3 August 2015, ‘On Appointing Provisional Administration to Manage the Astrakhan-based Credit Institution the Settlement Non-bank Credit Institution Financial and Settlement Centre, joint-stock company, RNKO FRC JSC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
