On Bank of Russia decisions of 20 August 2014 

On 20 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To register Standards for informing customers about the risks of acquiring foreign securities and/or entering into agreements in the form of derivatives with securities of foreign issuers or indices calculated for these securities as underlying assets of the Self-Regulatory Organisation National Securities Market Association.

2. To register the following documents of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Saint Petersburg Exchange:

• the Rules of listing (delisting) of securities of the open joint-stock company Saint Petersburg Exchange;
• the Rules of organised securities trading of the open joint-stock company Saint Petersburg Exchange;
• the Rules of admission to organised securities trading of the open joint-stock company Saint Petersburg Exchange.

3. To issue a copy of series AA qualification certificate No. 002870 (FSMC of Russia Certification Board record No. 2/14 of 10 July 1998) of qualification corresponding to the position of the head or a controller of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or operations to manage securities to Viktor A. Golikov (the city of Moscow).

4. To issue a licence to carry out depositary activity to the Moscow-based Investment Company Pallada — Capital, limited liability company, professional participant of the securities market.
