On securities issue

On 21 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register:

an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Research Production Enterprise Almaz (Saratov Region) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-04661-Е-003D to the additional issue of securities;

an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Red Hydraulic Press (Rostov Region) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-33508-Е-004 to the additional issue of securities;

an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Corporation of Special-Purpose Space Systems Kometa placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-15063-А-004D to the additional issue of securities.
